While a diet plan and losing weight is good, I would not recommend trying to lose weight that fast. 20 lbs in 1 month is really fast and you shouldn't try to lose more weight than 2 lbs a week.
I would say, its almost impossible to lose that much pounds in 2 months. But if you believe in yourself then you can do it!
I have been taking bisprolol (2.5mg) every day for 18 months after my heart attack. I immediately began to put on weight but have lost 20lbs in 5 months with a combination of diet and exercise. I have a very low dose so maybe I'd find it more difficult if the dose were higher.
