You don't. That would be dangerous to try to lose that much weight that fast. The best way to lose weight is to cut down on your portion sizes, eat healthy foods, and increase your exercise. You will probably lose a few pounds of "water weight" the first few, but it won't be that much.

Exercise 4 times a week for 30 minutes or more, doing cardio / aerobics. Eat about 1800 calories a day and make sure you burn about 200 or more of those a day. That's a general way, but I don't know anything about you and it depends on your height, weight etc. Look up a calorie calculator and exercising burning calculator and go from there.

  • Without starving yourself or slacking on any nutritional value you really can't lose a significant amount of weight (sorry if you're tired of reading this same kind of answer). I would suggest eating a lot of celery stick, carrots, and apples. guess if you spent five days eating nothing but those things you could lose a few pounds.
  • Just take the challenge of Kellogg Special K and lose weight in 5 Days. Instead of dessert get a fruit .

There is no healthy way to reduce your weight in five days. To do it the healthy way and the way that will keep it off is to change your lifestyle to a healthier one with more exercise and proportioned meals that can satisfy your body's needs.

I don't wish to condone plastic surgery...but there is Liposuction. But that method has its serious risks.

you don't. that's not totally true though, saunas help you lose water weight but you would gain it back within a few days best thing is to go on a healthy diet and do a lot of cardio (among other exersizes)
