Exercise 4 times a week for 30 minutes or more, doing cardio / aerobics. Eat about 1800 calories a day and make sure you burn about 200 or more of those a day. That's a general way, but I don't know anything about you and it depends on your height, weight etc. Look up a calorie calculator and exercising burning calculator and go from there.
There is no healthy way to reduce your weight in five days. To do it the healthy way and the way that will keep it off is to change your lifestyle to a healthier one with more exercise and proportioned meals that can satisfy your body's needs.

I did the master cleanse for 10 days, I lost 2 pounds a day for the first 5 days, then it dropped to 1 pound per day for the last 5, total loss was 15 pounds, however 2 months later (following the cleanse), I have gained 5 pounds back, 3 of which were in the first 2 weeks following the cleanse.
It depends on how musch excersise, u do. Or if you diet starting movday you will probably loose 4 or 5 pounds in the first week, keep on doing the diet! Ur skinny! I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks! :D
