Definitely... I started doing sit-ups when I was 6 or 7 (started lifting weights at 11).. I had a six-pack in fifth or (more defined abs) sixth grade, and I'm currently forming an 8 pack. According to doctors, I have roughly 6-7% body fat. My diet is OK, I eat a lot of healthy foods, but I lift 6 days a week and workout all 7.
everyone has a 6 pack, but body fat covers it. So to be able to see your 6 pack, you must burn off that layer of fat over you abdomen.

No... It is almost impossible to get more than 8 pack abs. To get 12 pack abs you literary have to tear your abs in half with very very very extreme endless exercise. also.. that's just plain disgusting
