in 4 days you would be less likely to loose weight,you would be most likely add on weight...the only way to loose weight would be not eating,that would take about a month... i tryed that and didn't even last a day.. it's very hard to not eat so i wouldn't recommend it.
if you eat healthy and organic foods and go to the gym and exercise everyday you would get fit and healthy but u will be less likely to gain weight...so that might help...
