just the basic exercise, eating right getting enough water.

I would recommend joining a group called 'Weight watchers' i know many people who have joined and have lost significant amounts of weight in just a few weeks.

you can starve yourself and drink plenty of water, but that's not wise, its very bad for your body losing so much weight so quickly!

its also known as binge dieting and if u lose so much weight so soon, you will put it all back on once u start eating again! because ur body would have went thru a starvation period and with basically with very little food getting digested, your body will look to the fat to get the energy so that's wer ur losing your weight but as soon as you start eating again, your body will store all that as fat in case there is another starvation period!

my advice to you is get onto a sensible diet with plenty of exercise!
