Eat very small, very healthy meals every 2 hrs. during active hours. Like 2 strawberries & a granola bar, or yogurt & an apple. This helps fight the hunger pains, plus allows your stomach to get smaller. Pick a time to quit eating - fluids only after say- 8pm. Helps keep you food working for you not againist you! Also, try to exercise any you can. Just 5 min. of leg lifts while you have your yogurt or something, anything you can manage will help! My sister did this, and lost 40 lbs in 6 weeks!!
