The best way to lose weight as a tween is to get at least two hours of fresh air, and doing sports like, soccer, swimming, riding bike, running ect. Eating healthy foods will also help.

If you are a teen you shouldn't be too worried about your weight because your still growing and changing, but you can try doing more activities and exercises and keep a healthy lifestyle. :)
