okay you want to lose 70 pounds, i understand i want to to and it takes alot of work and alotof time, you have to want to do it, to do it right, well this is how without staving yourself or taking ridicoulous pills you can start of by doing this... eat right and that means put away the chocalate and that candybar that's in your poket, also to lose one pound you have to lose 3,200 calories and that don't seem like a lot but it is in yours and my case, so if you add that up you have to lose 224,000 calories now that's alot! running also helps your hungerness go away well that's what the leading scientist say anyways and so if you run it does help a little bit. also you can try sit-ups everynight before you go to bed but each night add them up like one night do 5 the next do 10 and the next do 15 so each night add 5 that can also tone your stomach and that's what every girl and guy wants! for more answers i don't know i stilll am trying to figure that out myself!
By eating healthy and exericising you will lose weight however this should not be your main concerne at your age you are still growing and chances are you will be getting skinnier as you grow taller. Dieting at a young age will not benefit your weight in the long run. Stay healthy, cut down on sweets and work harder in gym class : )
That is a very rapid rate of weight loss, over a pound a day. It is not really feasible or advisable.
Unless you are several hundreds of pounds overweight, not really achievable without doing permanent damage to your body. You would be surprised at how much just losing 16 pounds can make to your health and your looks. That would be two pounds a week, which is pretty reasonable.
