I know you've probably heard this a million times, but exercise daily. Go to your local gym. Eat healthy, and lay off the junk food. But don't starve yourself. If you starve yourself you won't get abs, you'll get counselling. Tyr doing sit-ups every day. I am doing them every day to improve my P.E. score. Start out small with ten. Then work your way up to 50, twice a day. Get a running buddy who will run with you and help you achieve your goal. But remember, the most important thing is to enjoy it. Abs aren't and shouldn't be the basis for your life. It should be your personality and your attitude that make people want to like you.
Exercise everyday for an hour AT LEAST! eat less then 1000 calories a day, and try to lay off the fat in foods. Run a mile more/less (depending on how fast you want it) every day. Cardio exercise is a really important part. Crunches should also be a daily routine. Make a rule for yourself, for example: every time you step into your room, do 15 crunches. Start low then go higher like 30 or 45. Do exercise videos (and particapate) and again, with food its all about moderation.

Well I a 13 year old girl with abs. I have had them since I was around 3. I am a gymnast,cheerleader,swimmer and diver. I started doing aerobics yoga and muscle workouts from when I was 5.
It is because most 13 year old boys do not have as much body fat as adults, which is key to getting great abs.

The six pack abs can wait until you are 18. Just stay active and have fun, the abs will take care of them selves until you turn 30 or so. Then it becomes tough
