When it boils down to it there is no evidence to indicate this product works in any other way than a placebo effect. It is registered as an herbal supplement so that it can be sold without any interference from the FDA. They provide no clinical evidence to back up their claims and have registered a large number of complaints from organizations such as the Better Business Bureau. Claims related to the pill increasing sexual activity or arousal are probably related to the fact that after taking the pill you are thinking about sex and imagining yourself as improved in one way or another. This is what is getting the user all excited not the pill itself. Penis size is related to genetics just as with the size of your feet or your overall height. If you want to improve your sex life take the money that you are or are considering wasting on these pills and take your girlfriend/wife out somewhere nice and see where that takes you.
