I have lost a total of 11 lb. in a week period, but i have also ate more salads and not eat after 6 pm and lots of water and also walking. you have to eat five small meals throughout the day, for an example in the morning i wake up and i drink the solution than an hour later a protein shake, two hours later a protein bar, for lunch anything i want your stomach will start to hurt when you are full, its great. than two hours later a fiber bar, than two hours from than its dinner anything you want (suggest a light dinner ) after six only eat a fruit i guarantee you will loose eight... try it...
