Yes it does work.. i lost a stone in 3 months before my wedding. (And i realllllly did not do any exercise). However, be careful because it does cause dioarreah within about 6-8 hours of drinking. But you will just need to go to the toilet once and your system will be cleared. Do not drink more than one teabag a day, but you can just keep the same tea bag in the cup and add water 2-3 times and use the same tea bag like that (because you honestly don't need more). I was a little concerned that it causes diorreah and if that would affect me long term, in relation to my bowels, but so far i haven't found any negative information on the internet about it. Good luck. It doesn't taste great.. but you get used to the taste.
