Liquid vitamins. I've read many places that they absorb in to the system better, they don't taste that horrible. Centrum makes one. Also, it's supposed to absorb better with a meal. Goodluck.
Vitamins make people's bodies work properly. Although you get vitamins from the foods you eat every day, some foods have more vitamins than others.Vitamins fall into two categories: fat soluble and water soluble. The fat-soluble vitamins - A, D, E, and K - dissolve in fat and can be stored in your body. The water-soluble vitamins - C and the B-complex vitamins (such as vitamins B6, B12, niacin, riboflavin, and folate) - need to dissolve in water before your body can absorb them. Because of this, your body can't store these vitamins. Any vitamin C or B that your body doesn't use as it passes through your system is lost (mostly when you pee). So you need a fresh supply of these vitamins every day.
What are vitamins that pass through the system easily called?

I'm assuming that meant "fat soluble" and it's a typo in the question?Fat-soluble basically refers to the ability of a nutrient to dissolve in fat as opposed to those which dissolve in water (water-soluble). In nutrition we usually ascribe this term to the solubility of nutrients, most oftenly vitamins, in the bloodstream. All vitamins are either water soluble or fat soluble. Fat-soluble vitamins cannot be absorped in water and because of this they need the availability of bile from the lymphatic system to enable them to dissolve in the blood stream.Fat soluble vitamins: A,D,E, and K.water soluble vitamins: B's and C.Fat soluble nutrients, unlike water soluble nutrients, don't need to be consumed with the same regularity because they can be stored in adipose tissue (fatty layers under skin) and in the liver.I hope this has shed some light on your question, if I can help further just holler.
Yes, In most cases multi vitamins can improve ones health and the immune system if the vitamins are taken regularly
Not sure why you would want to. Once your body has absorbed sufficiant vitamins the left over is removed out of your system naturally.
the digestive system and the respitory system
Well you can get a lot of B vitamins and that will increase your immune system and your energy levels. You can also use the C vitamins which do the same things.
yes
Fats are important for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) in the body. These vitamins require fats to be present in the digestive system in order to be absorbed and utilized effectively. Consuming fats along with foods rich in fat-soluble vitamins can help ensure proper absorption and utilization of these essential nutrients.
No, it pollutes your system with toxins.
