Sure, you can even lose weight eating Snickers bars, depending on how much and what else you shove in your face every day. On a mucher bigger and more relevant subject... you really need to better understand weight loss(& weight maintenance) though and how the human body actually works. The very act of asking this question shows that you need to learn more. I suggest taking a health and/or Biology class at your local college, and maybe attending some Weight Watchers classes. Well my way would just be to exercise as much as you can during the day (3-5 hours max (be sure to drink plenty of water)) And then drink at night. Hope this helped.
