I guarantee that you will lose weight if your daily food consumption consists even of an entire orange. I would actually recommend eating more than that. Starvation diets generally lead either to anorexia followed by starvation and death, or to yo-yo dieting in which you alternatively lose and gain large amounts of weight. Eat a moderate amount of food and stick to it, that's the best strategy.

Whenever you're talking about weight loss, remember that it's always a balance between what and how much you're eating or drinking.

Oranges are better than, say chocolate, but even so, it has calories and you can't just chomp away at it any old how.
no oranges do not help lose weight because these fruits are healthy but they also contain hi amounts of sugar trysomething else like a palmagranite that is proven to help lose weight

yes you should. better yet any kind of fruit would be good. Try not to eat late at night. Fruits are also carbohydrates, so you can over do it. You can't go wrong with a naked salad.
