This is no 1 Dress uniform for Tom (Royal Navy) who is only 22 yr old & the wearing of gloves is not part of it. You will also notice that the Guardsman was also not wearing gloves this is because the Guards under the rank Full Sergeant do not wear white gloves as part of their Ceremonial Dress. I think the whole bearer party did a fantastic job on the day particular Tom, but I guess I would say that as a proud Uncle!!
