you can only go 3 days without water but you can go a while without food. so eventually yes, you will die. (with no nutrients ;) ) It may be worth clarifying a bit here: the problem is much more likely to be the "no food" part than the "too much water" part. (Drinking too much water... or eating too much food... could potentially rupture the stomach, which can be fatal, but most people would stop eating or drinking before that point due to the discomfort that an overfull stomach produces.)
