Whatever you do don't wear denim. It is a very bad insulator and could cause you to get a really severe cold...or worse.Wool is one of the top insulators you will find but, however isn't good when wet!!!Try to wear pure wool(100%) for better results.Cotton is also a good insulator but ,like wool,is terrible when wet.My advice is to wear a woolen jumper with a rainlacket outside and that way you get the best of both worlds!!!!
Denim clothing is not suitable for hill walking because it is an abrasive material. Denim will rub your legs until they hurt.
Wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to in get and out of. A dress is an obvious choice, as are flat shoes (since you will be walking around a lot).
You should wear walking/hiking boots, rain coat, comfortable clothes and maybe a rain hat
wear shiny or bright colored clothes and accesories
If you are walking or running at night, it is a good idea to wear reflective clothes so the cars can see you. It is good to wear two items of reflective clothes like a hat, shirt or coat. It is also a good idea to wear light colored clothes. Some of the sport stores add reflective strips to your sport clothes. You could also wear a reflective vest.
Eh... clothes! Just western clothing, probably fairly the same as in the US. We're not walking around in wooden shoes if that is what you were after...
