Black is considered a evil color because of a few reasons.

The devil's color is considered black with darkness and those deep into religion are afraid of anything that would correspond with the devil. And so in that everything related to the devil is evil to them.

Some people simply find it 'evil' because of it being the darkest color in the color spectrum.

Then there are the things in which people relate to black of death. Such as gothic people do and wear black and other dark colors to symbolize such. So black is evil in that way because some people consider death an evil thing to be taken from the world.

Then the more little things such as people simply being afraid of the dark and darkness and black being related to being alone.

The association of black with evil is largely a cultural or symbolic interpretation, often stemming from historical representations in art, literature, and media. Throughout history, black has been used to symbolize darkness, mystery, and power, which can sometimes be interpreted as negative or malevolent.
