A register will be maintained for the visitors/relatives who visit the prisoners. Arranging interviews of prisoners with their relatives/friends; Visitor management system/ tele-booking of interviews.
The administrator has setup outlet for display and sales of variety of products being manufactured in the jail factory by the inmates such as bakery products, file covers, hand made paper bags, wooden gift items, pickle, pappads, pottery items etc. These items are produced in most hygienic conditions from best available ingredients and are of excellent quality. Jail products are sold under brand names that the customers/dealers can place order and buy these products as per their orders. Also customers/dealers can submit orders for bulk purchase. So the stock and inventory of these products can be maintained using this software. Using this software the quantity, price ,type etc of each products ,customers/dealers orders ,dispatch of ordered items can be entered and maintained. Raw materials that are required for making the products are purchased using tenders and these tender/bid details are also entered and manipulated through this software.
The warden can make arrangements to educate the inmates who are interested in studies and even the public can sponsor the education of the inmates and their children if the inmates informs the warden about it. There are training programmes that include components of the correctional activities of the inmates.
There different units where the inmates are educated and then they are employed too. The different units are carpentry, weaving, tailoring, chemical, paper, pottery, show making, and baking school etc. Even fixed wages are paid to the trained inmates who are later working for the jail. Their wages details are entered and maintained by this software.
Administrator (warden) have full control over this software. After registration office staff/production officials can login and manipulate (for their assigned jobs) this software using the username and password given by the administrator.
The office staff can add, deletes and manages the details, activities of the inmates. Case registry, release registry, parole registry etc.They can also enter Missing Persons details . Similarly information of most wanted criminals etc.
The Production officials can enter the price and details of various products and their sales details (price, commodity, sale location, time etc.) The Production officials can check the product orders, order update, product delivery, update date etc through this software.
The details of Volunteers who interested in the Educational, spiritual, vocational and recreational activities for the prisoners can also be maintained through the software
