heat
bake what on the top shelf???????of the what ???the oven? if it is the oven and you are cooking something that takes a long time.... then put it on the top shelf!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, you can not use house paint to paint an oven. You must use a high temperature paint
You can paint shelf liner but it may not look so good if it starts to lift.
In the midle shelf because of heat absorbtion!
A black oven is a traditional direct-fired masonry oven.
Black is the ideal absorber/emitter of electromagnetic radiation (e.g. infrared in the oven), helping the inside of the oven chamber more rapidly reach thermal equilibrium and a steady temperature. Many early ovens were white inside, but that was before the recognition that black is the ideal absorber/emitter.Note: the oven is not painted on the inside, as paint would be damaged at oven temperatures, instead it is enameled (whatever the color). Enamel is a fired glass/ceramic material that is applied like paint but then heated until it melts and fuses directly to the metal surface.
Although you can paint the shelf with paint pens, it would take longer to do than if you used a brush or spray. It would more than likely also cost you more.
no
This is NOT advised. An oven gets hot and house paint is not made to withstand high temperatures like that. House paint may smoke when it is heated up and put fumes into the home.
The bottom rack of the oven is the hottest in most electric and gas ovens. With that said, if you have an in oven broiler then you would use the top or middle racks for the hottest spot in the oven.
You can paint an oven with a heat-resistant appliance paint, but some will say that over a year or two it does not look very good. Never use regular house paint or any paint that is not heat-resistant to paint your oven, it will not stand up to the heat.
