You should to go the manufacturer's web site for your specific bread machine, and download the instruction manual for your specific model. On a Panasonic bread machine, the bake-only setting is used to bake cake or quick-bread. Typically, those are breads that do not require a rise time, as there is no yeast. The bread rises due to baking soda or powder. On a Regal machine, the "bake only" setting is for those times when you try a recipe and for whatever reason, your bread still is not done. You can select "bake only" to add more baking time for the loaf. So in that case, no, there is not rise time. The machine just heats up and acts like an oven, and bakes your loaf for more time, (whatever you specify, 10 minutes up to several hours.) "Bake Only" can mean different things to different manufacturers. You really need to read the manual for your specific machine.
Not sure exactly what you are asking here. Welbilt Bread Machines haven't been manufactured in quite some time. They are however still very popular and are sought after by serious bread machine users. If you are looking to buy one or need a part or manual try this site. www.breadmachinesales.com. I own 2 Welbits myself and hope they last forever.

First and foremost, you will need an oven and a bread pan. You will need a mixing bowl and spoon (and possible an electric mixer). And finally you will need the ingredients. You can also use a bread machine which makes the process much easier.

Yes and no. You can use a regular bread recipe, but you will need to make sure that you are adding the ingredients in the order and at the temperature recommended by the maker of your bread machine.
