Garlic, rosemary, black pepper, and ginger. Actually, almost anything works on chicken. Other choices: fennel,mustard. curry, coriander. I suggest you experiment. Taste is reaslly subjective. See what you like, the try it ion family or friends.

All of the following can be used alone to save time and create a great flavor.

* poultry seasoning * Cavenders * Mrs. Dash * Season salt You can mix the following together to get a great blend of seasonings as well.

# garlic salt # pepper # paprika # garlic salt # chili powder # very little nutmeg

A simple seasoning would be salt, pepper and a bit of garlic/onion. You could also coat with lemon juice for a bit more flavor. If you want to try something different, marinate in Italian dressing before baking.

You can purchase marinades for chicken or make your own using a recipe. See related links below. You can also brush on melted butter and simply sprinkle on seasonings such as lemon pepper, garlic and onion powder, chili powder, cumin, just about any seasoning you like. A liberal sprinkling of paprika will help your chicken (or any meat) to brown beautifully.

You should put wosterchire sauce, hot sauce, and Italian dressing. It's wonderful!=Then add just a little bit of lime after cooked.=
