You cannot replace normal milk for condensed milk. You can replace milk for evaporated milk. Condensed milk is very very thick and super sweet , comes in a small can.

It's likely that you're putting too much egg or condensed milk in.
They are basically the same there is no big difference really except the brand names but still they are the same eagle brand has condensed milk so if you use a different brand it won't matter at all.
