It depends on the powder. It is powdered sugar or powdered lead? One will be much much heavier than the other. You need to know the density of the powder to answer this question.

The Carob coatings taste very much like chocolate with just a slightly different flavor and are favored by those that can not handle or choose not to use chocolate for personal reasons but still crave that chocolate flavor. Carob candies do NOT contain caffeine or the liqueur associated with chocolate and are generally a safe substitute for chocolate especially in doggie biscuits.
