A millilitre is 1000th of a litre and is a measure of volume.
A gram is 1000th of a kilogram and is a measure of mass.
There is no direct conversion between these two units.
However, given the density of water is 1 g/mL, if you have 20 mL of water,
its mass would be 20 grams.
Note that this only works with water because of its density.
