A millilitre is 1000th of a litre and is a measure of volume.

A gram is 1000th of a kilogram and is a measure of mass.

There is no direct conversion between these two units.

However, given the density of water is 1 g/mL, if you have 20 mL of water,

its mass would be 20 grams.

Note that this only works with water because of its density.

This cannot be sensibly answered. Milliliters (mL or ml) is a measure of volume, grams is a measure of weight or mass.

This is not a valid conversion; milligrams (mg) and grams (g) are measures of weight or mass while milliliters (mL or ml) measure volume.
