broil on high about 8 minutes or til' brown, then flip for another 8 minutes or so. internal temp. should be about 160 deg.. leave a little room between the elements as to not broil fast and hard.

It depends on the thickness and the starting temperature. The only way to know for sure is to check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer periodically.

you prep the chop, place it on the baking sheet with foil on it and then let it back for 30:00 minutes or until thoroughly cooked
