Depending on the yeast you are using, on average, in a kitchen that has a mean temp of about 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit, it would take about 20 minutes with fast-acting yeast and about 35-40 with regular active yeast.
There are a lot of other variables too. Sugar content, type of flour (gluten content, all-purpose, baker's flour, whole-wheat, and so forth)
Baking time is 25 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on oven temperature, dough density and the volume and shape of the loaf. Hotter ovens, smaller loaves, and skinny loaves (vs. big fat ones) decrease baking time. You can see this if you think it through. Turn the pan upside down, hold the loaf with an oven mitt, and knock on the bottom of the loaf. It should sound hollow.
Depending on the type of bread and how much you make it all depends.
I personally use 1kg of Flour (1000g) and i bake it in an 8x8 pan. I bake it at 350f for about an one hour and 45min. More or less - it should be golden brown at the top.
Or pull it out, and knock on it, it should sound hollow when its ready.
Most breads are cooked at 350-400 degrees F; the higher the temperature, the crustier and faster the outside will bake.
Homemade.. you can control how much goes into the bread.
yes store bought bread does have the same ingredients as homemade bread.

bake Bread
Umm, I'm sure bread can rise at any time, as long as there is yeast in it that makes it rise when you bake it.
