I've stored cooked pasta in the refrigerator for up to 3 days with no problem. Our leftover pasta never lasts longer than that! If it's a small amount, just mix sauce and pasta together and store in an air-tight container. If a larger amount, I put sauce and pasta in separate air-tight containers. When I reheat it, I put a little butter in a no stick saute pan and add pasta with some sauce until hot. Don't reheat more than you can eat at one time. If it's reheated more than once, it doesn't taste too good.

This food can last up to 4 or 5 days in the refrigerator. A good rule id to date your left overs and do not eat anything over 5 days. If any longer than that place the food in the freezer to store.

Can you eat spaghetti when your sick?

As long as it has not gone bad by sitting out after being cooked or by sitting too long in the refrigerator, no, cold spaghetti will not make you sick. It is not recommend to eat cold spaghetti if it's been in the refrigerator for more than three days. You should heat up the sauce until boiling. Heat up the noodles in a colander by pouring boiling water over them.

How would you serve the spaghetti and sauce if not being served at on time?

You can precook the spaghetti and store it in coils in the refrigerator. Precook the sauce and store. When you want to serve take the spaghetti out and pour hot water over the precooked pasta. Heat the sauce in the microwave. You can also mix the two together, put it in a pan, sprinkle cheese on top and bake. Served as baked spaghetti. This is what I do with my leftover spaghetti and it is quite good.
