There are special tools and special wheels for polishing granite. If you are talking

raw granite. If you are talking already polished, just use a high gloss sealer.

You should reseal every 12mo. Read application on the sealer you buy, cheap sealer

does not last. Do not set chicken on granite, it is the best looking but bad for food use

as the granite can hold bacteria.
