I just had this issue and put the greased cookie sheet on the stove top over med. heat...just long enough to loosen it up with a spatula. Be careful! Still was a little messy but at least I was able to salvage most of the brittle.

Although it does not work in every case, the pan of cookies can be returned to the oven for about two minutes. Remove from oven and scrape cookies from pan with a metal spatula. The idea is that when heated, the sugar will melt enough to allow the cookies to be loosened from the pan.
Had this problem today in glass pan I put pan over low gas burner it took about 4 minutes moving pan around over low heat and brittle peeled up in one sheet .put in fridge to harden up wife still mad at mess
