You put the pasta in a microwavable bowl full of water, vegetable oil, and a little salt. Then put some plastic wrap or a paper towl over it so it doesn't explode! If you use plastic wrap you might want to poke some holes in it so that the steam can escape. The you cook it for about 15 minutes and consistently check on it until it is at the right texture for your liking. I personally like to add some Butter, Salt, Pepper, and Parmesan Cheese when its done. Hope this helps!
Add pasta to a microwave proof bowl and add a little water - maybe 2cm - and then cover with cling film that has been pierced a few times. Cook for 2 minutes, then test pasta. Be careful - the steam is hot! Cook for a short time longer to desired texture, carefully testing it after each interval.
Anything you cook in a microwave needs to contain water, as the microwaves resonate water molecules to produce heat.
Dry pasta won't work on it's own, but fresh pasta might. It would also work if you put the pasta in a bowl of water, but I wouldn't recommend it, as it will create a huge amount of steam in a confined space!
The only way you can cook raw pasta in a oven is by layering the pasta with a sauce, like a meat sauce or white sauce.

No you cannot microwave regular bacon, it will be raw... Yes you can. They even make special racks for bacon to be cooked in the microwave. Of course it has to be cooked until its done but the same is true when you cook it in a pan.

The Palermo Earthenware pasta bowl is microwave safe and is machine washable, as well.
Anyone can cook pasta. This can be anyone whether a chef or a bad cook.
You can cook the pasta earlier in the day, or the day before, then refrigerate it. You can then use it in a pasta salad or refry it.

No. It is safe to cook. Just remember to cook it in a microwave safe bowl if your gonna use the microwave.
Pasta needs to cook in rapidly boiling water, so a double boiler won't work that well for cooking pasta.
