Adderall has a pH of about 7 (basic) so it becomes charged at a pH of 7. Becaues charged particles are absorbed more slowly, taking adderall with a Ph below 7 and acidic with cause the drug to get absorbed slowly allowing for the drug to brake down in your stomach. Adderall gets absorbed faster when the intestine is basic (above pH of 7). So to increase effectiveness of adderall you should take it on an empty stomach and with a little taking baking soda (one teaspoon) or potassium citrate (Tums) a little before taking adderall (5-10 min) to create a pH above 7. Doing this will increase the drugs concentration more rapidly and make the effects last longer.
as a person who has been perscribed adderal for quite some time i would have to say adderall increases movement not the other way around

no it is not. it is an Adderall is a pshycostimulant. it is used for people with ADHD and it is used to increase alertness, concentration
If taken orally, absorption increases with GI tract pH. So, consuming alkaline foods or chemicals will increase Adderall's absorption into systemic circulation. I would try eating some baking soda or calcium carbonate (Tums, Rolaids) 40-80 minutes before ingesting Adderall. Caffine can also potentiate the effects of the drug, due to both caffeine's mechanism of action and the fact that both caffeine and amphetamine are metabolized by the same CYP iso-enzyme in the liver. However, caffeine's diuretic effect could potentially increase the excretion of the Adderall, soI usually just eat like 4 tums 40-80 minutes before I eat any Adderall and I find that it potentiates its effects. Hope this helps!!
You really shouldn't be on a prescription for Adderall and Xanax at the same time. It's possible that Adderall could potentiate the effects of the xanax. That means that if you mix them, you normal dose of Xanax could knock you out. It also depends on if you are taking Adderall because you have been diagnosed with ADD. The effects of Adderall are different for people who do not have ADD.
