You can use any kind of writable CD that your drive can burn (e.g. CD-R, CD+R, CD-RW). While there are "Audio" CD, these are not necessary as both the "Audio" and "Data" CDs use the same recording method and error correction techniques on playback. As I said above, the only real limit is which kind of CD that your drive can burn. I can't tell you that, the instructions for the drive will. But almost all drives will burn CD-R disks, even if they can't do some others.

It was introduced in 1997. their writing is a bit slower than cd-r. the covering is AgInSbTe alloy. it has more sensetive laser reading than CD-r. Naturally it costs more. It is A storage hardware.
