you can't get the three regis but, if you have pokemon sapir\rubi\emerald version on the gameboy advance, you can tke the three regis through the pal park in route 221 (in south). *there are three caves that may be the caves of the three regis but i don't know what to do there.

In order to open the Regis caves in Pokemon Emerald you first have to go to route 134 and dive into the cave. When you are in there use dig. The first Regi cave is located in the desert.

you get regigigas by getting team charm to unlock the aegis cave the you have to spell ice rock and steel with the letter stones and battle the regis then you beat regigigas and go through the caves and spell again. (you might be able to recruit the regis on the way there) it is possible to get the king of the regis if you have luck but if not you have to go again Sorry but that is all i know:{
