Technical Support, call Customer Service at: 888.8.ASK.SVA WARNING: If you call them, however, they will tell you (falsely) that the only remote that will work for your TV is the one they sell (for a ridicuolous amount of $). I just purchased (1-09) a GE 24912 universal remote that has 2 codes for SVA and the first (0216) worked for my TV (the other code is 0212). I don't know if these codes would work with another remote, but give it a try if you already have a universal.
