Milnot, mixing bowl, and beaters must all be VERY cold before whipping. I put all in the freezer for about 20 minots.

MILNOT DOES NOT WHIP ANYMORE. They changed the formula to remove trans fats and it IS. NOT. THE. SAME. evaporated milk whips significantly better! I thought I was losing my mind for the past 4 years I've been trying to make my childhood fave cheesecake with Milnot as my dad always did but it just won't freaking whip like it used to, and then I found out why. Evaporated milk gives it a bit different taste, but texture is spot on so.. its a compromise
