Some people may say it does and for some people it may work it has not been proven and personally for me it hasn't worked I used to run 100m in 13 seconds now ever since I got my six pack I run it in 14 seconds that is still good for my age at 14 but it's slowed me down it may be for other reasons.

A good abs six pack workout is to run. Runners most often have the best abs. However, you could also use a work out ball, another very effective method to get a 6 pack quickly.
