Yes. Even if there is another food source, and even if you have the correct mix from the store or are feeding them your own natural forage mix that you would have researched upon of course, they will eat bodies and live mice.
It stops other predators from coming to scavenge the dead mouse and also provides protein for the livings.
sad but true.
i actually cleaned a breeding mice tank out intended for a snake terrarium, theyd been forgotten for 2-3 months by my friend. there WERE 4. now there is 2. One little bit fat male/female, still a bit skinny to see testes, the other a bit skinny, not too sure if its a surviving litter mouse or not, but there were NO CARCASSES in the smelly 2 month old bedding paper and shavings.
so.
no.
prolly another mouse..
House mouse heads are typically not eaten by other animals as they are not a common food source. If a predator were to consume a house mouse, it would likely eat the entire body, not just the head.
yea a plnt can eat a mouse it is called a venus fly trap
After finding partially or totally eaten mice in one trap location, I set a slightly larger spring trap with raw hamburger bait. I caught a MOLE today. The location is totally dark and has been used by mice as an entry point into the house. The mole had been feeding on caught mice for about a month.
Yes, it is better not to use poison because another animal may then eat the poisoned mouse and be poisoned too. Try using a mouse trap.
Possibly, yes. They occasionally canniblize.
The best mousers in the world are cats. The usually don't eat them, but mice can die from being chased around. Or, get a live trap. When caught, take the trap out to a field and let the mouse out. But right now, being winter in the US, you should put in out into tall grass where it has a chance to stay warm.
It might try to kill it. and eat it. its parents will also tr to eat it wen its older
get a cat Get a pet snake they eat mice and it is funny to watch, or just get a mouse trap cheaper then a snake and a cat.
So remember that mouse you caught before (If you have not then do it) , well release it and the owl will eat it and he'll befriend you!:)Tips:How to get the mouse:1.Pick up moldy cheese in one of the castle rooms.2.Go to the left bottom room and USE cheese when you get to the mouse hole.3.The mouse will come out and eat it.4.There you go! You have the mouse!:))
eat poison, die of hunger..a lot of cause i guess...
I can tell you from personal experience that Yes, a mouse will eat Preparation H. We had a mouse eat through the packaging to get to it. We set up traps with Peanut Butter and nothing happened. We set up two traps with Preparation H instead and the first night we caught two mice when they went after it.
