It has before been observed that if your head were to be cut off you would be able to blink for a split second after the decapitation. However, I do not think that you would be able to talk as you voice box and vocal chords would have been separated from your head. Also, even if you were able to then it would be for just a split second as after that time your nerves would no longer function and so messages would not be sent to your brain. The theory of being able to blink for a second after your head had been chopped off was observed during the execution of Anne Boleyn.
With a scan tool, or try turning key on, off, on, off, on and counting the blinks of the check engine light. blink, blink, blink, pause, blink would be 31.
The 1995 and 1996 Plymouth Neons have a computer problem that make them stall out occasionally. Sometimes they do not start for a while. The dealer says it is an intermittent problem and charge about $500. to repair the problem. It however reoccurs about a year later. That's adds up to $500 a year. I got rid of my Neon after the second computer.
Why would you want the blinker faster. They should blink at factory specs.
you couldn't tell because a cyclops has only one eye.. but i would say if it was just blinking it would look like a blink.. but if it were smiling and it blinks I would think it was a blink because of the smile on his face
Many processors are designed to automatically reduce their speed when not in use in order to conserve power.
Different manufacturers use different blink rates. It is the choice of the designer. There isn't any standard blink rate. Data packets flowing on the cable move so quickly that if a blink rate was not used, the LED would flash too quickly, and it would be hard to see it working.
