Spore needs a pretty strong system to support it. Newer Mac mini's can do it. Elsewhere a user reported "The only way it will run on my Mac mini (it is stock, NO hacks) is if my display is set to 800 x 600 and 75mhz, given that, I've logged hours of entertainment with my son on Spore."
The Mac mini is not a laptop. No laptop, regardless of design, can support this game unless it is fairly new.
If it is the Mac version of Spore and the Mac has an Intel processor (1.7GHz Core 2 Duo or higher) then the disc will work. If it is a Windows disc then it will not work unless the Mac is running Windows.
No. The graphics "card" in a Mac mini is integrated into the motherboard. There are also no available expansion slots in a Mac mini. You can see some photos of the inside of a Mac mini in the "Related Links" link below.
My Mac mini (OS X 10.5.6m 1.8 Ghz C2D, and 1GB RAM) plays Spore fine, it is set up to an Olvia 37" LCD (which is also my primary TV) with a VGA cable, which I'm switching over to HDMI with the DVI adapter. The only way it will run on my Mac mini (it is stock, NO hacks) is if my display is set to 800 x 600 and 75mhz, given that, I've logged hours of entertainment with my son on Spore. It is essential that your display is set to 800 x 600, it will only play on a Mac mini this way.
Please specify what you mean by "What": hardware? software? periphs? This is a general questions. I have a Mac Mini that works with all general hardware and software made for Mac.
if galactic adventures does not work on your mac maybe its because you haven`t downloaded the original spore
spore is out for both mac and pc. (go macintosh!)
Cause it doesnt like you
Yes. When i buy it say in the information that the game works for mac and pc. So the same game works on both computers. I DONT KNOW IF SPORE GALACTIC ADVENTURES AND SPORE CREEPY AND CUTE WILL WORK TOO FOR MAC.
it is on the back of the guide. if you have a mac it might not work anyway
