MobileMe is no longer a service offered by Apple. It was terminated in June/July of 2012. iCloud was the service that replaced MobileMe. Any information that was stored in MobileMe was lost unless it was moved prior to it's deletion. If you had a "me" account it should still be accessible through icloud.com
It isn't called Mac anymore, it is MobileMe. Go to www.apple.com/mobileme
If you lost your iPod touch while it was connected to a wifi network, a $99 MobileMe account contains the "Find my iPod touch" feature which will make it play a sound. You can also get a free trial of the MobileMe account. Go to me.com to begin.
If you have a MobileMe subscription, simply activate Back To My Mac on both computers, then sync your MobileMe email account with both computers. However, if you are selling your old Mac, ensure that you delete everything off it and de-authorize it from your MobileMe account.
On your Mac, simply open system preferences and click on MobileMe, then make sure you are signed into your account, click on the Sync tab and select which items you would like to sync, your contacts from Address Book are listed in this area. On your PC, simply open Entourage, or Microsoft Outlook and open your contacts folder, open settings and click on the MobileMe tab, check the box to sync your contacts with MobileMe. You should ensure that you have your MobileMe account installed and working on your PC before you attempt to sync any data. All data that is synced with MobileMe is held stored in your account, accessible from any machine that has been authorized to access your account.
You can set up a MobileMe account (free 60 day trial) and use the Find my phone feature to track an iPod Touch (or iPhone or iPad). There is an associated free Find my phone app available from the iTunes store. (See links below) The App is free but you have to have a MobileMe account.
