No, all iDevices use Apple's Quicktime Player. If you want a device that runs adobe flash player, get an android.
The R101 uses the Android operating system. Adobe are working on a Flash Player for Android devices (See links below) but it will require Android version 2.2 or later. It is unlikely (but not definitely so) that the R101 will support Flash. The later R301 may be a better bet but even that may be on the dubious list for Flash support.
Yes. Your phone must be running Android 2.2 "Froyo" or a newer version of Android to run Adobe Flash Player. However, Adobe has decided to discontinue Flash on the Android platform with the release of Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich." You can still download and run Flash just fine, and they will continue to release security updates, but future versions of Flash Player will not be released on Android.
Download it from the App Store.
Probably if it has an adobe flash player 8 and above....
Though Adobe Flash Player can no longer be downloaded from Google Play, you can find it at the Adobe site directly to download. It is said that Adobe does not certify any device that runs on Android device, if you want to stream videos or any flash video stream on your mobile, you have to add flash support on Nexus.

The only tablet that will let the flash player be downloaded is the Asus tablet. However, the flash player may not work on the tablet. The flash player will have to manually downloaded.
