β 10y agoIt is the VLAN that supports untagged traffic on an 802.1Q trunk
The frames are assigned to the native VLAN.
- To restrict traffic on specified trunk lines.Explanation: By default all the VLANs that exist on a switch are active on a trunk link. VTP pruning allows the switch to not forward user traffic for VLANs that are not active on a remote switch. This feature dynamically prunes unneeded traffic across trunk links. If the VLAN traffic is needed at a later date, VTP will dynamically add the VLAN back to the trunk.-Rocky

The front trunk on a model S is large, but not large enough to accommodate a spare tire. A spare will fit in the rear trunk comfortably.
Trunk
... an access port, which carries traffic only to and from the specific VLAN assigned to it. Contrast with 'trunk port' See http://searchnetworking.techtarget.com/definition/trunk
A trunk connection is affected by broadcast storms on any particular VLAN that is carried by that trunk.
I answered this question last week... but anyway... the aorta has to accommodate much higher pressures from the left ventricle, ergo it is thicker.
there are 2 available protocols used to encapsulate data traffic over a trunk link on a cisco switch 1. 802.1q is proprietary works only between 2 cisco switches 2. ISL is open standard works with any switch..

The boot is also called the trunk . It can also be what the parking enforcement officer puts on your wheel to keep from moving it for unpaid traffic tickets.
