The one which you can afford for $3528 (motherboard and processors only and of course for home users with large pockets). The specs are:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650(3GHz) $1228
Motherboard:Skulltrail/D5400XS + 2Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650(3GHz) Processors $2300

Well, it depends on what you will be doing and your price range. Obviously Intel's new i7 is much better than a Pentium 4, but the i7 is close to $1000. If you will be using this in a gaming computer, I would suggest an Intel core 2 quad around 3ghz, but if this won't be used in anything very high end, the best processor for the money in my opinion would be an Intel Pentium dual-core around 3.4ghz. The price range for this is probably $130 to $180.
The processor, it allows better use of your RAM and video card the better the processor you buy
Different pastes keep your processor cooler then others. In a way, yes it does effect the processor because the better paste you have the cooler your system will run which then will allow your computer to run at maximum speed.
nothing to do with the computer, its the processor the determines that (u can get processor upgrades)
Computer hardware enhances the software working. If the your software can handle 3D rendering and your processor is not powerful enough to handle the calculations then it won't work properly. If you replace your processor with a better multi core processor then your software working will enhance.
ENIAC processor
The processor is the brain of the computer
Both the processor, which allows the computer to do tasks, the better that is, the faster your computer can work the RAM which stores the things for the processor to process, the more you have the better. AND the hard drive, the faster this is, the faster the processor can grab information off it.
Processor which make computer fast, efficient, and convinent for users.
its the processor
Make sure it has a good internet connection and also it should have a fast processor if not then you should buy a better computer.
A processor and storage are not the same
The user controls the computer, of course. But I think you're asking what the brain, or heart of the computer is and that's the processor.
