The Recycle Bin. Windows keeps a special folder, for each disk, for the deleted files; if you open the "Recycle Bin", Windows will show you the deleted files for all connected drives.Note that Windows keeps only a certain number of MB of files for each drive; once that is passed, the oldest deleted files are eliminated permanently, when additional files are deleted.
Compress it. Download winrar
You can work with compressed files and folders in the same way that you work with ... If youwant to make pictures smaller to send in e‑mail
Two advantages of compressing files and folders is that firstly you can free up space on your hard drive. Secondly, when you want to send the folder or file as an e-mail attachment, there will be no attachment size or delay issues.
Complete folders cannot be sent directly through Gmail. Only files can be sent as attachments. You can compress it into a zip file and then can send it.
We are not able to send complete folders to Gmail. There is another way to send them. You can wrap them in a zip and then send the zip file.
If you try to send a file to the Recycle Bin and it is being deleted automatically instead, you need to do the following: * Right-click the Recycle Bin * Choose Properties on the menu * A Recycle Bin Properties window will open * Under the Settings for selected location, choose "Custom size" (you can also specify the * maximum size in MBs of the Recycle Bin, 17309 being default). * "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted." Should be UNchecked. * Click "OK" and files should now be sent to the Recycle Bin instead of being deleted immediately. If that does not fix the problem, you may have accidentally deleted the hidden system files $Recycle.Bin or RECYCLER at the root of your system. Those are the actual Recycle Bin folders and without them, the Recycle Bin does not work. The only way to fix that is with a reinstall.
Open C drive, open your windows folder, double click on repair folder, right click on file you need, select copy, send copy of file to destination folder. If you can not view files and folders in your windows folder, select "show contents of this folder". Hope that helps
It'll send it to something known as the 'Recycle Bin' where it is stored until you delete it permenantly off your computer. If it's deleted off a USB/external drive, then it's put into a cache, which is inaccessable by a regular user and requires a program to retrieve it.
Easiest way is to right click on the folders/files you want to copy and select "send to> [drive]". Or, locate the folder, and right click > copy, then right click on the jump drive (or folder within), and right click > paste. Select multiple files or folders by holding the CRTL key, or select the first file/folder, then hold SHIFT and select the last file/folder you want to include. Holding shift while selecting grabs everything in between the first and last files selected. While the files are selected, you can also hit CRTL+C, which copies the selected files. CRTL+V will paste. CRTL+D will delete. You can also select multiples by dragging a box around the files/folders you want.
yes, right click on the file or files and click send to then click compressed zipped folder
Assuming that he question relates to electronic computer files (as opposed to paper files and folders), there are many ways to send them -- each with its own benefits and burdens. If both sender and recipient have broadband Internet connection without any data restrictions, email can result in an instant transfer of the files. If restrictions make that method cumbersome, a large capacity USB memory stick is an easily portable shipping option.
If you go to my files or folders, something like that, and if that doesn't work, you can try documents (I only know how to do this on a windows computer, mind you), you should see a folder named either iPod photo cache(yes I know this has nothingto do with pictures. Just look to make sure) or iTunes, and you plug the flash drive in, you should be able to right click, then click send to and then send it to the f drive.
