If you didn't change anything then the Default folder is the "Downloads" folder, either in the Dock or in the main HD/Users/-your name here-/Downloads.
If you think you changed it then just go into Safari (or who's ever's Web Browsers) and look in the preferences and see where you have it set up to "Save downloads to-----" folder.
