That edition of Windows Vista does not exist. Windows Vista exists in two editions for home users: Windows Vista Home Basic and Windows Vista Home Premium.

You can not simply downgrade to Windows XP from Windows Vista. If you want to completely remove Windows Vista in favor of XP, you will have to format the hard drive and reinstall the OS from scratch. Windows XP will not install on top of an existing Vista installation.
Drivers written for Windows Vista are not backwards-compatible with Windows XP. Most hardware that has a driver for Vista should also have a driver for Windows XP.
