What is an adobe projector?
An Adobe projector is an executable file authored with either
Adobe Flash or Adobe Director. It is a Flash file (if made with
Adobe Flash) or a Shockwave file (if made with Adobe Director)
wrapped (or projected) with the necessary data to be launched
outside of plug-ins or players. In the case of Flash projectors, it
enables the content to be run without any additional plug-ins,
while Director projectors still require users to have the Adobe
Shockwave player installed on their computers.
