No need to worry, Windows will automaticly install the updates. They are stored as backups somewhere in your computer, but I don't know where. You really shouldn't worry.
The file systems supported by Windows XP and Windows Vista are essentially the same. However, Windows Vista does not support booting from FAT32 partitions, and Windows XP does not support Windows Vista's Shadow Copy feature (which makes automatic backups of files) and will delete the backups if it accesses an NTFS Windows Vista partition.
If the Recycle Bin (in Windows) has not yet been emptied, you can restore it from there. Otherwise, refer to the instructional video and a link for a free utility (Restoration) to help. I have posted the related links.

Yes, the Honda Civic 2005 does have automatic windows.
There is not much comparison between Scottish Windows and regular windows because Scottish windows is a bank, and regular windows are windows that go in your home.
Not sure but... windows 98/95 registry is contained in the System.dat & User.dat I was able to find this one for sure... the windows 95 backups are called System.da0 & User.da0 CompTIA A+ Guide to Software Fourth Edition pg. 377
